A note from the founder:
When you engage our firm I am the lead consultant that will work with you. I am an expert at pinpointing root cause in problem projects and I bring in relevant associates as needed. But I would like to explain that our service is built around my personal specialty, which is troubleshooting projects and then helping others learn to do what I do. This way a project remains on track after I leave. The capability of the team increases. Consider me as like an ‘emergency room doctor’ for projects. I diagnose, stabilize, and get recovery started so that the ‘patient’ can be turned over to a long-term care doctor. Managing projects is a tough business fraught with challenges. The clients – reasonably – are tough to satisfy. The teams are under immense pressure. It’s easy to get into trouble.
But as Einstein said, “The significant problems we have cannot be solved at the same level of thinking with which we created them.” That means an outside perspective may see the root of your problem faster than you ever will. In a complex, stressful project, objectivity fades the longer you stay in the situation. You need an outside perspective.
If you are concerned about a project, or a portfolio of projects, give me a call. The assessment is free, and your investment of one hour may very well bring the exact result you have been looking for.
